Oilfield Piping Systems (OPS) offers a comprehensive range of sucker rod string components, including sucker rods, pony rods, polished rods, and couplings. Our product portfolio covers both API and non-API steel grades, featuring high-strength PCP (Progressive Cavity Pump) rods engineered for high-torque applications, as well as Grade D rods widely used in conventional SRP (Sucker Rod Pump) operations.

Sucker Rods:

Sizes: 3/4” (19.05 mm), 7/8” (22.23 mm), 1” (25.4 mm), and 1-1/8” (28.58 mm).
Lengths: Standard 25 ft (7.62 m) or 30 ft (9.14 m).
Material Grades: Available in Grade D, High Strength HA grade, and other Non-API grades for corrosive or high-load environments.
Thread specs: Standard API & Non-API – PCP

Polish Rods:

Sizes: 1-1/4” and 1-1/2”.
Lengths: Standard 30 ft (9.14 m).
Material: Available in API11B, High Strength HA grade, and other Non-API Stainless Steel (SS) grades.
Optional Coating: Spray metal finish available for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

Pony Rods & Sinker Bars:

Pony Rods: Available in lengths of 2 ft, 4 ft, 6 ft, 8 ft, and 10 ft.
Sinker Bars: Available in 1-1/4” and 1-1/2” body diameters; lengths ranging from 2 ft to 10 ft.

Couplings:

Types: Sucker Rod, Polished Rod, and Cross-over (Sub) couplings.
Configurations: Slim Hole (SH) and Standard Full-Size (FS) .
Grades: T-Class, High Strength (HA), and Ultra High Strength (UHS) Steel.
Available In: SM (Spray Metal) coating and Low friction coating
